Negative Impacts & Outcomes of Resolved Conflict
Leaders that do not support workplaces to engage in constructive, functional conflict can increase the intensity and frequency of future conflicts amongst employees (Meyer, 2004). Negative or dysfunctional impacts of unresolved conflict can:

- Diminish trust
- Lower motivation
- Stifle creativity
